Morning – Mix 1 teaspoonful of Nilavembu Kudineer Chooranam in 100 ml warm water and consume after Breakfast.
For better result – Boil required quantity of Nilavembu Kudineer Chooranam in water, filter it and consume after food.
Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after Dinner.

The National Institute of Siddha recommends mixing 5 grams of Nivembu Kudineer with 240 ml of water and heating it to reduce it to 60 ml (1/4th). This is also endorsed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The dosage recommended for adults is 60 ml in the morning before food for prevention of Covid-19. For Children, the recommended dosage is 30 ml.
