The vitamin C in amla is absorbed more easily by the body compared to store-bought supplements. Mix two teaspoons of amla powder with two teaspoons of honey and have it three to four times a day for instant relief when you have a cold or a cough or consume once daily for permanent protection.

- Tailed Pepper or Cubeb Dried seeds is a spice that finds a place in many cuisines. It is often used for its special flavour to spice meat and vegetable dishes, soups and sauces.
- Tailed Pepper is mostly grown in Java and Sumatra, hence sometimes called Java pepper. Dried cubeb berries are similar in appearance to black pepper, but with stalks attached – the “tails” in “tailed pepper”. - Cubeb also has a local stimulating effect on the mucous membranes of the urinary and respiratory tracts.
